We advise you not to proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled. Instead, you may choose from the options below:

โ€ข Rebook Your Ticket: Rebook your ticket in the same cabin class on a flight with available space within 60 days.

โ€ข Convert to Travel Credits: Alternatively, you can convert the value of your unused tickets into travel credits, which can be used for future ticket purchases and are valid for two years. As an added incentive, passengers affected by flight disruptions will receive a 5% incentive with their Travel Credits.

โ€ข Refund: If you choose not to rebook and opt for a refund, we will process the refund of your unused ticket (excluding the ticketing service charge).

Regularly check the status of your flight by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com and visiting the Flight Status section (https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/flight-status), or checking further advisories on our Official PAL page. If your contact details are in our reservations records, you will be informed of the status of your flights via e-mail, telephone call or SMS/text.

Residents of all affected areas are advised to monitor official government advisories and prepare for the impact of Opong (Bualoi).

Cebu Pacific Advisory
Status of Flights to and from Dubai
As of June 24, 2025; 12:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers that all flights to and from Dubai will continue to operate as scheduled. Our route does not fly over conflict-affected areas in the Middle East, allowing us to operate safely. We continue to actively monitor the situation and will share further updates as necessary.

However, for passengers traveling to and from Dubai who wish to reschedule their flights, CEB is offering flexible optionsโ€”including free rebooking and Travel Fund conversionโ€”for passengers booked on Dubai flights scheduled today, June 24, 2025. These options are available online up to two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time.

We encourage passengers to regularly check their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and to update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive timely flight notifications.

Going on a flight this coming holy week? CAAP reiterates the battery capacity limits of portable electronic devices (PEDs), such as power banks, that can be carried in flights.

Only PEDs with 100Wh batteries are allowed without restrictions on board.

To calculate the watt-hour (Wh) capacity of your power bank: Wh = (mAh x Voltage)/1000.
