Join us at The Norfolk Pines Resort (BUDA, Bukidnon) as our Resort Officer.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✨Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, requests, and inquiries.
✨Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and service teams.
✨Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of resort facilities.
✨Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.
✨Support budgeting, financial monitoring, and administrative tasks.
✨Collaborate with the marketing team to promote resort amenities, packages, and events.
✨Assist in planning and organizing special functions, group bookings, and corporate gatherings.

🎓 Qualifications:

✨Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
✨2–3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality management.✨Proven skills in guest relations, facility supervision, and staff leadership.
✨Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
✨Proficiency in hotel/resort management systems, reservation platforms, and MS Office.
✨Flexible and willing to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
✨Must be willing to relocate and stay in at The Norfolk Pines Resort.
