Pre:
*All teams must settle their registration fee of 5000 per team to 5G Events Plus Management Corp.
* Earlybirds will be given 5% discount only from May 8 to May 13, 2024. Deadline of registration will be on May 25, 2024.
* all Games shall be played in a convinient time where most of the players of the specific game are available. (Gotad Days, Saturday, Sundays or Holidays and/or afternoons of weekdays)
* Teams Sponsored by their SKs will be provided legal documents from the management
* The event is Open to all Teams within the province only. Students and Employed individuals outside but are Ifugaos are allowed.
* The Team Names shall not contain in appropriate words such as Bad Words.
1. **Team Composition:**
- Each team must consist of a minimum of 6 players to 12 players, but with a maximum of 15 players.
- Teams may register additional players number 13, 14, 15 as substitutes with a fee of 250 per additional member, but substitutions can only occur during designated stoppages in play.
2. **Match Rules:**
- Matches will be played according to FIVB (International Volleyball Federation) rules, with modifications if necessary.
- Each match will consist of best-of-Two Third game shall be played if decision is needed. Sets will be played to 25 points, with a two-point advantage required to win.
- A deciding third set, if necessary, will be played to 15 points, with a two-point advantage required to win.
3. **Player Conduct:**
- Players and team officials are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical altercations, and disrespect toward officials, will result in penalties and possible disqualification.
- Join to be a disciplined player NOT a critique.
4. **Equipment and Uniforms:**
- All players must wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes during matches.
- Jewelry, including watches and earrings, must be removed prior to play for safety reasons.
- Teams are responsible for providing their own volleyballs for warm-up and match play.
5. **Officials and Refereeing:**
- Referees' decisions are final and may not be protested, except in cases of rule misinterpretation or application.
6. **Tournament Format:**
- The tournament will follow a double-elimination format, with consolation matches for teams eliminated from the winner's bracket.
- Seeding for the tournament will be determined by a random draw conducted prior to the start of play.
7. **Tournament Schedule:**
- A detailed schedule will be provided to all participating teams prior to the tournament start date.
- Teams are expected to be present and ready to play at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
8. **Prizes and Awards:**
- Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in each s*x group including trophies, and/or cash prizes that will be announce soon depending on the number of teams.
- Awards may also be given for outstanding individual performances, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
9. **Protests and Disputes:**
- Teams may submit a protest to the tournament director in writing, accompanied by a fee of 300 pesos for admin ruling.
- Protests will be reviewed by the tournament director and may result in rule clarification, match replay, or other appropriate actions.
