Sa lahat po ng mga nag re-request ng refund specially sa mga nag aantay parin since last MARCH 2020 na request, here's the simple illustration ni cebu pacific. we are asking your patience to extend and expect some delays dahil sa subrang dami ng pendings ngayon. to inform all of you kahit isang booking for "cebu pacific" is wala parin pong refund sa aking account up to date.

For Philippine Airlines, sorry to inform you that as of the moment hanggang request lang po muna tayo. they will process our refund request after "any form of quarantine" as per PAL (not sure if when ito), then once ma process po nila doon papo tayo mag start ng bilang ng 3-4 months before maibalik sa atin ang pera.

Rest assured we have a list or monitoring sa mga nag request ng refund kaya hindi possible na kakalimutan ko kayo. since the downfall of my business nandito parin ako to process your request, TRAVEL VOUHCER, REBOOKING, REFUND.my goal for now is maka uwi po kayong lahat na mga stranded. sa mga galit kung clients inform lang namin kayo na hindi niyo po kami kaaway, I am your friend or family to process your request but may mga bagay nga lang na beyond my control like cancellations ngayon, hinahanapan ko kayo ng earliest date but ang cancellation now is LGU's napo ang may control NOT THE AIRLINES, NOT US.

Advisory for all Guests who claim for a REFUND in CEBU PACIFIC.

Ayan po galing mismo sa FB page airline.

Pagkatapos pa ng community quarantine sila magsisimula mag-process ng refund. Tapos 3-4 buwan pa after processing maibabalik. So kung susumahin, 5-6 months bago maibalik ng airline ang pera (at pwedeng mas matagal pa depende kung hanggang kelan pa itong GCQ/MGCQ) .

Gustuhin man po namin na ibalik kaagad ang inyong pera, wala po kaming maibibigay sa inyo kung wala pang nire-refund ang airline sa amin.

Lahat po tayo apektado ng COVID-19. Konting pag-unawa lang po ang hinihingi namin. Hindi naman po nating lahat ginusto itong mga nangyayari ngayon.

Ming tugpa karung hapon ang usa ka Air Asia sweeper flight gikan sa Sugbo(Cebu) dala ang 127 Locally Stranded Individuals. First time in history of Pagadian City Airport that another airline company landed in our city.

Tanang pasahero ming agi sa mandatory infrared thermal scanning, rapid testing, registration, disinfection, documents checking (travel authority and medical certificate), og orientation isidir gidala didto sa ilang tagsa-tagsa ka mga lugar.

Dugang pa, nanghinaot si Mayor Sammy Co sa kooperasyon sa tanan sa pag dagsa pa sa mga umaabot nga LSIs sa syudad pinaagi sa atoang Pagadian City Airport ug sundon gayud ang mga health protocols. Tanang pasahero mo undergo og mandatory 14 days strict quarantine.

Gi-sigurado sa City Government of Pagadian nga mapatuman gayud ang mga preventive and precautionary measures diha sa atong paluparan.
