I've noticed that most premium guests seem to come through Airbnb. After reading many of the discussions here, it also appears that a lot of problematic guests are coming from Facebook Marketplace.

With Airbnb's recent increase in commission rates, I'm starting to wonder if it's still worth spending time entertaining inquiries and bookings from Marketplace.

For fellow hosts and property owners:

* Where are you getting most of your quality guests these days?
* Are you still actively using Facebook Marketplace, or have you shifted your focus to Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, direct bookings, or other channels?
* Has the higher Airbnb commission affected your strategy?

I'd love to hear what's working best for everyone in the current market.
