We are NOT accepting Japan visa application appointments via walk-in, text message, email, Viber, or Facebook Messenger.

📅 Appointment Booking Period:
Our customer service numbers will be open ONLY on March 15-16, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for appointment scheduling.

📑 Visa Requirements Submission:
Scheduled appointments will be for visa requirement submissions from March 17-21, 2025.

✅ Appointment Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation via text message, which must be presented on the day of your appointment.

‼️ Important Reminders:
• Personal appearance of the applicant is required.
• For group applications, at least one applicant from the group must be present.
• Missed appointments will be forfeited.

‼️ Additional Guidelines:
Other visa application guidelines will be discussed during phone calls and the visa application assessment.
