RULES FOR RESERVATION FEES:
>No down payment, no reservation.
>We require atleast 50% of the total amount as a down payment/reservation fee. (Please send us a message for the total amount and the trip details)
>Slot reservation is on a “First come, first serve basis.”
>Once payment has been made, please make sure to send us a message on our page: CityScape Travel & Tour OR email us your payment confirmation at: [email protected]
> Please note that the reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE once the reservation payment(s) has been made. This is so the other travelers can avoid inconvenience with the total fees if there is a sudden change with your decision. So please make sure that you’ll go to avoid the hassle. We would not want the rest of the group to suffer for your negligence so we’re forfeiting the reservation fee.
>Reservation fees will only be refunded in full if the agency cancels the outdoor activity.
>100% PAYMENT SHALL BE COLLECTED IF CANCELLATION HAS BEEN MADE A WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
***The travel agency has the right to reschedule/cancel the event with the following conditions:
>Did not meet the total head count required for the outdoor event.
>Due to fortuitous events the agency cancels. (earthquake, storm, flood, accidents etc.)
> We will cancel the trip 3-4 days before the scheduled trip.
