๐DEPOSIT:
As for the LAND ARRANGEMENT [Hotel/Transfer/Tours] usually we ask for the Initial deposit and 60 days before the flight ALL MUST BE SETTLED , but take note better to settle DUES earlier, because we don't hold bookings. HOTEL specified may change depends on the AVAILABILITY.
โAIRFARE TICKET AVAILABILITY:
For the AIRFARE as mentioned, Airline ticket CHANGES from time to time, some Airlines we can HOLD only from 4hrs-24hrs [Please take note of the Office and Bank hours as well ].
๐TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSION/SERVICE CHARGE:
It is important that you understand this part. Travel Agency are entitled for Commission or Incentive from Airlines or Hotel. Why do we need to add service charge? WE INVEST a lot too.....Different Airline PORTALS/ SYSTEM, hotel portal, B2B Meeting, Continuos Trainings & Seminars, Travel Association Membership Fees, Product Updates, POS credit card terminals, Barangay Certificate, DTI Certificate, Mayor's Permit, BIR Tax, Internet, Phone, office space, staffs.... Like any other job, it is our right also to earn from services we give.
And in some cases we even WAIVED charges depending on situation,especially for those who are repeat clients, We give DISCOUNTS, we even have some give aways in cooperation of our operators....We GIVE our TIME not only for quotations, we spend time checking the good hotels, the good time to fly, coordinate with our operators, talk to guides who will handle the tour, we give SUGGESTIONS and INFORMATIONS needed, we even act as tour leaders just to make sure that tours will be handled properly. We travel agents , with the help of our staffs are your support from beginning to end.
Sometimes we don't charge EXTRA and COVER for the difference~ As long as our PASSENGERS will have a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Which is our MAIN GOAL! We are travelers too, so WE KNOW โค.
