U.S. Embassy Consular Update: Resumption of Consular Operations on July 25, 2025
The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines plans to resume operations tomorrow, July 25, 2025. All visa interviews and appointments for U.S. citizen services will proceed as scheduled. The offsite Visa Application Center in Parañaque City is also open tomorrow for all scheduled biometrics appointments.
Please be advised that the Embassy may still cancel consular appointments if weather conditions worsen overnight. Monitor our website and social media accounts for updates.
Consular clients who are unable to attend their scheduled appointments tomorrow due to travel cancelations, road closures, and other factors caused by recent weather conditions should reschedule through our official appointment process.
Visa applicants may reschedule their interviews via our online appointment system at www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US. If you encounter scheduling or system access issues, please call our customer service center at (02) 8548-8223 or (02) 7792-8988 for immediate assistance.
U.S. citizens who need to reschedule Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) appointments should email [email protected] with the subject line, “Request for Rescheduling of Appointment.” For all other American Citizens Services (ACS) scheduling concerns, please email [email protected].
Those affected by our July 22, 23, and 24 appointment cancelations should follow the scheduling instructions sent to their registered email address. The U.S. Embassy does not accept walk-ins; please refrain from showing up without a confirmed appointment date.
