We provide basic Public Health Training based on USPH or UK Standards to ensure that the students are aware of these regulations already when they join your company.

A passionate Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management intern is currently making his mark at B3 Café – Makati Shangri-La’s Colleagues' Restaurant.
Here, he plays a key role in one of the busiest operations of the hotel — helping serve 700 to 800 meals daily to the heart of the hotel: its staff. From ingredient prep to live cooking stations every Tuesday and Thursday, he brings both culinary skill and service excellence to the table.
🔥 This hands-on experience sharpens his kitchen techniques, boosts his confidence, and shows him how food can fuel not just bodies — but teamwork and gratitude too.
