BAWAL MANINGIL NG ENTRANCE FEE SA BEACH!

Public domain ang ating mga karagatan.

Walang pribadong resort ang maaaring magpataw ng entrance fee para makapasok sa beach.

Paalala naman sa ating mga LGU, kung maniningil kayo ng environmental fee, sana naman ayusin niyo rin ang ating mga beach at linisan parati.

Sa mga nagdadagat naman, hindi porke't nagbabayad kayo ng environmental fee, lisensya na ito para magkalat. Kutusan ko kayo d'yan eh!

Fast forward to 2026. Rooms now have bunks. We also no longer allow team buildings, company outings and a headcount of more than 20 pax. We will also start charging a cleaning fee if the home is left in an extremely dirty state.

Kind reminder: you’re staying in someone’s home. Please treat it with the same care you would your own.

Still being haunted by a 1-star review from a guest we booked last April 2025. They claim they were not noisy and they left the home in good condition. They claim no plates were broken and it was left in a reasonably clean enough state. They also claim they were told to keep the noise down in a harsh way.

Unfortunately, they didn't leave the house clean at all. Dog p**p and p*e were all over the floors and on the beds, beside the stairs, and around the house. We had to have some of the mattresses deep cleaned. We tried charging them on Airbnb but he declined to pay. Airbnb covered the cost. Screenshot shows we tried to charge them however, he said on his review we never tried to claim damages. We just wont go after you kasi we feel it's unnecessary stress. We'll pay for it na lang.

They left all of our green plates And drinking glasses on the beach and around the house.

The chanting and shouting at 2am was LOUD. We weren't exaggerating. We have a high tolerance for noise. If we feel the noise past 10pm is acceptable, we wont even nudge you. Ask our past guests!

There had been cases in this village where guests had been evicted due to noise disturbance. I was actually trying to warn them. Holy week pa naman yan. Madaming neighbors.

Past is past. But we are already done trying to explain their 1-star review to anyone who's trying to ask. Please look at the photos and be the judge.
