Official Operation Resumption Notice
Dear Guests, Travel Agencies, and Tour Guides,
Due to the recent unpredictable and rapidly changing weather and sea conditions, repeated opening and cancellation of our operations have caused confusion and inconvenience for our guests, partner agencies, and guides.
To ensure more stable and reliable operations, Whale Shark Libertad has officially set September 5, 2026 as our scheduled date for resuming operations.
Please be advised that we will NOT operate before September 5, even if weather conditions temporarily improve.
Our operations team will make every effort to resume normal operations on September 5 and will prepare accordingly.
However, as our tour operates at sea, unexpected changes in weather or sea conditions may occur. Customer safety remains our highest priority, and in the event of unsafe conditions, operations may still be postponed or cancelled.
We kindly ask all partner agencies and tour guides to plan and arrange their tour schedules based on September 5 as the official scheduled reopening date.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent frequent changes and cancellations. Moving forward, we will do our best to provide a more stable, predictable, and reliable operation.
