PARAÑAQUE CITY, 17 August 2026 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that consular operations in OCA-Aseana, DoubleDragon Releasing Units, and Consular Offices (COs) in the National Capital Region, Angeles, Antipolo, Balanga, Baguio, Candon, Calasiao, Dasmariñas, La Union, Lipa, Malolos, Olongapo, Pampanga, Paniqui, and San Pablo will be suspended on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, due to Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by the PAGASA and the continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 128, series of 2026 issued by the Office of the President.
