Important Booking Information – Group Joiner Tour This is a group joiner tour, meaning all tickets and hotel accommodations are purchased in advance to secure the lowest possible rates. Because this tour is booked under a group arrangement, traveler names are only submitted to the airline and hotel three (3) days before the travel date. This allows the operator to sell any remaining slots up until the last minute. Due to this setup, travel documents (tickets and vouchers) can only be released 1–2 days before your departure, and they are distributed simultaneously for all joiners. If you require your travel vouchers immediately after payment or earlier than this, please do not book a group joiner tour. Instead, we recommend booking a customized tour, where documents can be issued right away.
