👉🏻 This is our beach house that we are sharing with you. Please keep it clean.
👉🏻 The caretaker will be collecting Php 1,000 as SECURITY DEPOSIT upon checking in and shall be refunded upon checking out after inspection that the property is left clean.
👉🏻 Dishes should be washed, cleaned and stored upon check out.
👉🏻 Furniture should be returned to their proper place.
👉🏻 Garbage should be placed in the trash can.
👉🏻 Kayak’s, Paddle boards, and life vests should be complete.
👉🏻 Check in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12 noon the next day.
👉🏻 Please conserve fresh water. We only offer one round of fresh water. Additional water refill will be shouldered by the guest at P350.
