▪️Siargao Required Travel Document:

Via Sayak (Siargao), Surigao City airport or Dapa Port:
1. E-Health Pass with valid ID
- Register for E-Health Pass
2. Negative RT-PCR result taken within 48hrs before arrival date
- In case beyond 48hrs, a negative antigen swab will be required upon day of arrival
3. 5-day confirmed booking from accommodation establishment with CAO or PCAO from Department of Tourism
4. Roundtrip ticket/travel details (if applicable)

Tourists from the Province of Surigao del Norte will be required: e-Health Pass with Valid ID; certificate from barangay captain that traveler is not a close contact; confirmed booking from an accredited DOT-accommodation establishment (AE).

Curfew Hour: 11:00pm - 4:00am

Effective November 28, 2020, all passengers travelling from, to, and within the Philippines are required to have the free Traze Contact Tracing app prior to their flight. You may download the app via the Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.

Passengers outside the Philippines who are unable to download the application are encouraged to first download a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application and to set the country to "Philippines".

For passengers without mobile devices, you may proceed to the Traze Help Desk located at pre-departure and arrival areas in all Philippine airports to secure a QR code prior to entry and exit into the terminals.

This is in line with new Philippine government rules to help stop the spread of COVID-19 through contact tracing.

BORACAY TIPS! NEW NORMAL 🏝 🏝 🏝

▪️GUIDE FOR TOURISTS

Tourists are guests who intend to stay for at least one night in Boracay Island.

1. Access http://aklan.gov.ph or https://bit.ly/2QzbUkZ and click Online Health Declaration. Choose Boracay in the Where To page.

2. Fill out required fields and click submit.

3. Upon submission, a confirmation with instructions will be displayed.

4. Save as copy of the Health Declaration Card on your smartphone or if using a computer, have it printed.

5. Attach a copy of the Health Declaration Card together with a copy of RT-PCR Negative Result, a copy of confirmed booking slip/form and proof of identification and send to [email protected]

6. Wait for the email response (successful or unsuccessful) of the Final Validator. Processing takes less than a day after receipt of complete documents.

7. If processing is successful, a copy of Health Declaration Card with Tourist QR Code will be sent back. Present this Health Declaration Card with Tourist QR code to authorities in the borders for scanning.

8. If processing is unsuccessful, resubmission of requirements or clarification may be required.

▪️Reminders for Tourists

1. Email subject should be: OHDC-FamilyName, FirstName

2. Multiple tourist documents can be sent in one email. Just include a listing of the names of the tourists.

3. Ensure that you are getting your RT-PCR Tests in accredited laboratories here: (https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/?page_id=1729) and your hotel booking in DOT Accommodation Establishments with CAO/PCAO in the Facebook Account of DOT VI Western Visayas (https://www.facebook.com/DOTR6WesternVisayas).

4. Keep the Tourist QR Code with you at all times. Have a printed or digital copy. The QR Code will be used in accessing services in Boracay Island.

Eto po ang mga laboratory na nag swaswab test para sa mga NON-OFW sa NAIA.

Terminal 1 and 3 = Padlab or Redcross. Pareho po silang nagswaswab para sa mga NON-OFW na hindi Philippine Airlines ang sasakyan. (4000 pesos po ang bayad)

Terminal 2 - Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory. Exclusive po to para lang sa mga Philippine Airlines passengers. So ang mga sasakay lang po ng PAL ang pwede mag pa swab dyan sa Detoxicare. (4000 pesos din ang bayad)

Side note: MGA OFW LANG PO ANG LIBRE SA SWAB TEST, HOTEL AT TRANSPORTATION. SAGOT PO NG OWWA LAHAT NG YAN PARA SA OFW.
