Following the effects of ashfall, Cebu Pacific is working towards the gradual resumption of flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) beginning 11:00 am today, January 13, 2020. We are currently conducting maintenance checks on all aircraft prior to restarting flights to ensure safety.
With this development, the following Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights on January 13 are cancelled:

Passengers booked on these cancelled flights will receive a notification through the contact details they provided upon booking. They may manage their booking through the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve, with the following options:
•Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
•Refund tickets in full
•Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.
Guests on flights scheduled for today who decide to change their travel plans may also avail of these options.
