The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) visited the PSAU SciCAT LIBUTAd's Tamarind and Bamboo RDE Center on July 22, 2026, to further explore the potential of the University's product.

The Innovation Staff from SLSU engaged in meaningful discussions with PSAU researchers and project staff, exchanging insights on product development and sustainable utilization of tamarind and bamboo resources. SLSU visitors highlighted the commercialization potential of the University's generated technologies particularly the Tamarind Juice and Wine of the Tamarind RDE Center.

The DOST SEI The Filipino Patriot Scholars Program DOST SEI The Filipino Patriot Scholars Program brought scholars from across the Philippines to the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) for a Research Exposure Visit on July 10 as part of the 1st National Patriot Research Conference.

The 1st National Patriot Research Conference, led by the DOST SEI The Filipino Patriot Scholars Program, may be over, but the stories of discovery continue. Take a look back at the July 10 site visit of scholars from different parts of the Philippines as they explored PSAUโ€™s research, development, and extension centers and flagship sites.

In partnership with the Office of Research and Development, with support from the LIBUTAd Agritourism Plat, the visit provided a glimpse of PSAUโ€™s innovations, technologies, and agricultural initiatives aligned with the theme, โ€œAdvancing Research Excellence for Sustainable Agricultural Solutions.โ€

Members of the Ilug Kamalig Agriculture Cooperative visited the LIBUTAD Agritourism Platform of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) on July 2, 2026, for an educational tour showcasing the University's research, development, extension, and innovation initiatives.

The delegation explored the ALIAS RDE Center, where they learned about the University's mulberry commodity initiatives, as well as the Tamarind RDE Center. The team also visited theBamboo RDE Center, where they gained insights into bamboo propagation techniques and different bamboo species. The visit concluded at the Innovation Center โ€“ Fabrication Laboratory (Fab Lab), where they were introduced to the University's bamboo-focused innovation initiatives, including digital fabrication technologies that support bamboo product development and value-adding.

54 fishing enthusiasts recently visited the ๐๐’๐€๐” ๐“๐ข๐ฅ๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐š ๐‡๐š๐ญ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ, where they enjoyed hands-on fish feeding and catching under the charming nipa hut nestled within the Center. This activity was made possible through the PSAU HookLine Experience Initiative.

The Hatchery welcomes guests ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ to ๐’๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐Ÿ•:๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐€๐Œ to ๐Ÿ“:๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ ๐๐Œ, offering a serene and peaceful escapeโ€”perfect for family bonding, couples, or groups of friends.
