当地时间7月17日，菲律宾总统府表示，当局将自8月1日起允许持“长期签证”的外国人进入本国，此举旨在进一步刺激本国经济复苏。

根据菲律宾移民局资料显示，长期签证包括：工签、学生签、投资签、结婚签、退休签等等。但根据跨机构防疫工作组（IATF）
变更！！！！
17日下午发布的公告，当前允许入境的菲律宾“长期签证”仅限其中的：菲籍配偶结婚签证（菲律宾第613号联邦法第13条）、7919号特赦签证（第7919号共和国法令）、324号永久居民身份卡（1998年永久居留权法）及本地出生外籍人士。暂不包括旅游签（9A）、商务签（9D）、学生签（9F）、工签（9G）、投资签（SIRV）及退休签（SRRV）。

starting august 1 will allowed foreign national with long-term visa entry in the Philippines .( immigrant visas under Sec.13 of CA 613; RA 7919 and EO324, including native-born foreign nationals)
1.Must have valid and existing visas at the time of entry.(no new entry visa application shall be accepted)
2.With pre-booked accredited quarantine facility;
3. With pre-booked COVID-19 testing provider;
4. Subject to the maximum capacity of incound passengers at the port and date of entry;
