Note: Passengers should check within their LGUs for possible flight/travel requirements prior to departure to avoid inconvenience. All passengers are advised to be at the airport before flight at least 3 hrs. for domestic and 4 hrs. for international to give way to the airport's health inspection.

To our valued clients,

- Kindly read and check if your flights are affected or if you have received an advisory.
- Passengers are responsible to check with their LGU from their origin and the LGU of their destination if there are requirements needed to depart and enter the city. Please accomplish it, if any, prior to flight departure.
- Be at the airport 3 hrs. Prior flight departure for domestic, and 4 hrs. For international to give way to the airport's health inspection.
- Message us for flight rebookings, our reservation officers are online Monday-Friday at 11am-6pm.

Due to the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine, all 2GO Travel voyages from March 17, 2020 to April 30, 2020 are now cancelled.

Passengers may rebook their tickets to other available departure dates (excluding Dec. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2021) or opt to refund even after departure date. Tickets are valid within one year from the date of issuance.

We advise all affected passengers to wait for the lifting of the community quarantine before visiting our ticketing office and to observe social distancing.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Your safety is important to us. Thank you
