Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, filing important documents, updating reports, and monitoring files.
Ensures accurate inventory and purchases the needed supplies
Responsible for processing permits in the admin such as gate pass, work permit, etc.( if needed)
Monitors the monthly utilities and ensures to be paid on or before the due date
Responsible to collect tenant’s monthly rental
Facilitates tenant’s concerns
Responsible to update the PM database
Receives unit concerns report
Responsible to make the owner's monthly report

Requirements / Qualifications:
Preferably with experience as admin staff or property management assistant
Excellent computer skills
Good communication and written skills
Able to multi-task
Trustworthy
