Mactan-Cebu International Airport Runway Closure
As of July 12, 2025; 4:00 PM

Due to the temporary closure of the runway at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu Pacific (CEB) strongly advises its passengers with flights to and from Cebu to not proceed to the airport until their flights have been confirmed.

Our immediate priority is to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew. Please monitor the status of your flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.

CEB is working closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines regarding this matter.

Cancelled Flights Due to Mactan-Cebu International Airport Runway Closure
As of July 12, 2025; 7:30 PM

Due to the temporary closure of the runway at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu Pacific (CEB) has cancelled several flights to and from Cebu scheduled for July 12, 2025.

This situation is beyond our control, and we are working closely with Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines to assess the safety and operability of the runway.

The following flights are cancelled:
• DG 6066/6067: Cebu – Busuanga – Cebu
• DG 6208/6209: Cebu – Legazpi – Cebu
• DG 6210/6211: Cebu – Legazpi – Cebu
• DG 6286/6287: Cebu – Caticlan – Cebu
• DG 6579/6580: Cebu – Tacloban – Cebu
• DG 6607/6608: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu
• DG 6853/6854: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
• DG 6859/6860: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
• DG 6930: Butuan – Cebu
• 5J 133: Caticlan – Cebu
• 5J 227/228: Cebu – Puerto Princesa – Cebu
• 5J 229/230: Cebu – Puerto Princesa – Cebu
• 5J 552: Cebu – Manila

CEB advises its passengers with flights to and from Cebu not to proceed to the airport until their flights have been confirmed. Please monitor the status of your flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.

Affected passengers have been informed and provided with the following options which they can avail through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Cebu scheduled on July 12, 2025. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
