•Access to the whole property. Our caretaker and cleaners are living in the property and would maintain the cleanliness of the pool and outdoors.

•The reservation is valid for the number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests even visitors are permitted at an extra cost.

•We have a standard
Check-in time of 2PM and Check-out time of 11AM
the following day.
•Only the declared guests are allowed inside the property. We require you to provide us with IDs of yourself and your companions for security purposes.

•Leaving dirty dishes on the kitchen sink or excessively dirty areas will be charged a cleaning fee.

•Free one 5-gallon drinking water per night of stay.
Extra 5 gallons of water is charged.

•Toiletries & towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom will be provided per overnight booking.

•No Loud Parties or Events: Small intimate gatherings are allowed. Loud parties or events are strictly prohibited. This includes Karaoke/Videoke.

•Pets are not allowed.

•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
There is a designated smoking area by the main gate. V**e is allowed.

•Security cameras are installed in all outdoor areas and in the living room, dining area and kitchen only.
No cameras inside the rooms.
