Taal Volcano eruption
As of 6:30pm, January 12, 2020

Airport authorities have requested airlines to hold flights to and from Manila as ash caused by the phreatic eruption of Taal Volcano falls over the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

We will provide updates as soon as more information is available. The latest flight information will be posted at https://www.cebupacificair.com/Pages/flight-status.

THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S INFORMATION:

When your Visa Application was " DENIED OR DELAYED", it is not the Travel Agency's fault. Sometimes, the Embassy limits the tourist arrival especially during Peak and High Season. The process on lodging all your application is done with a very detailed checking at the Embassy, they will check first all documents by hand in front of the Liason, incomplete applications will not be accepted, wrong documents will be returned outright to the Liason. They are doing it to give you chance to comply completely. With incomplete requirements, all other applications will be on pending status until all applications are ready.

So, if you are applying for a visa, try to consider those who were applying together with you. The requirements were clear, you just have to follow.

Do not blame your agents. We are not the ones who decides. We are the saddest when applicants gets denied. Why?

When the number of pax decreases, Operator's rate goes high.

Agents can no longer change the selling price!
So, avoid saying you were scammed by getting refused visa. Remember, we agents suffers the most.
