The DOT's Safety Seal Certification Program is awarded to establishments that have fully complied with Minimum Public Health Standards (MPHS), including the adoption and use of the

•Boracay accepts tourist from the MGCQ, GCQ and NCR (Alert Level 4).
•Tourists aged 18-65 from NCR (Alert Level 4) will be allowed beginning September 16, 2021.
Here are the latest requirements as of September 15,2021:
