Happy New year to all Oceanway Residences viewers. You may be wondering why Oceanway is not in the list of DOT accreditation, yes we are not because ours is a private condo. We are now in the process of securing a permit. However, we can give you authorization to occupy our unit as friend or visitors. This is allowed.

Oceanway Residences is a private condo and not listed as hotel that's why it's not included in the list of establishments in Boracay to accept guests. However, we are now in the process of securing permit to operate as leasing unit. This is a new government requirements that we have to comply. For the meantime, we cannot accept booking until further notice.

Everybody is exited in the opening of Boracay. The government has implemented to limit the number of guest intering the island. We are still waiting for the new list of establishments to accept guests. Oceanway Residences is an exclusive private condo with its own beach exclusive to its residences only, however, I can sponsor you to use my unit just call 09302881915 or +635018596 .

Boracay is undergoing rehabilitation at present initiated by the government. Starting 26 of April up to 6 months, but hopefully it will be open earlier. By that time the new Boracay will be more beautiful and you will like Oceanway Residences more.

Recently I have received inquiries about monthly booking at my unit. Yes, we are open for monthly booking. My unit is air conditioned and fully furnished. We have refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchen wares and utinsils, rice cooker, hot pot. Fully furnished bedroom. Hot and cold water in bathroom. All yours for P44k only. Tv and wi-fi included. Free shuttle to and from beach cove and city mall and discounted dinner at Savoy hotel for Oceanway residents.

We're happy to announce that Oceanway Residences condo has its own sewage treatment plant and is not affected by the government's effort to clean up Boracay. Actually we are experiencing heavy booking because of the closure of other establishments. So plan ahead, book early this summer.

Here's a tip for senior citizens guests in Oceanway, nearby is a dining hall of Fairways where you can have breakfast and eat all you can of various choices. Just present your senior citizens id for a 20 percent discount.
