Enjoy the serene setting of this fully gated tiny home with peaceful location but just minutes away from the hustle & bustle of the city.
The humble tiny home is situated in a valley-like area and is surrounded by nature giving it a cool weather and quiet surroundings. It is just a 5 - 10 minute walk from National Highway, crossing the newly built bridge over the Sawaga River.
The simple home is ideally set up for exclusivity, space, privacy and comfort.
The space
The tiny home is a great place for tranquility and it has a peaceful ambiance for guests to relax after the exhausting travels or just want to escape from city. It is located inside a subdivision which has 24/7 security and offers free parking area along side of the property. The setting is set to be a perfect place to unwind.
The property can be searched in google maps. Just look for Nueva Villa Family Resort as landmark which you can pass by going to Midland Valley Homes Subdivision.
Riding on a private vehicle/motorcycle takes only 5-10 minutes going to the city center from the place.
If you opt for commutes, the place is accessible by Bus/ Multi - Cab Public Vehicles and a "Habal-Habal" (Single motorcycle for hire)
The easiest way going to the place by commute is:
Upon reaching Malaybalay Public Bus Terminal, look for a multi cab public vehicle with a sign board "Kalasungay" and tell the driver to drop you off at Kalasungay Habal-Habal Station. Then, ride the "Habal- Habal" going to Midland Valley Homes Subdivision just less than a minute away from station or it can also be walked with approximately 300-500 meters in distance from the said station.

It has full access to kitchen utensils and appliances. The guests can freely pick spices in the garden necessary for their cooking such plants limited only to spring onions, malunggay, mint and blue ternate (subject to the availability of the growth of the plants). It provides a complimentary amenity kit (which includes toothpaste, toothbrush, a shampoo and soap), a disposable home slippers, coffee and a free drinking water.
Th guests can use the fresh towels free of charge.

The place has mini Honesty Store for snacking and instant hotmeals and some essentials for sale.

The property doesn't have WIFI as contribution to lessen the impact of emissions of the greenhouse gases however the place has good internet reception.
The tiny home offers a simple patio for outdoor dining ideas.
