PLANNING A TRIP TO KOREA? HERE'S YOUR SIGN! ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ทโœˆ๏ธ

READ: The Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) Philippines has announced revisions to the required supporting documents for visa applicants, effective Friday, Feb. 20.

In an announcement, KVAC said the changes will be implemented to โ€œenhance convenience for visa applicants and promote visits to Korea.โ€

The revisions include:

(1) Waiving of the submission of โ€œthree (3) months of bank statementsโ€ for all visa types.

(2) Student applicants are only required to submit either the original School Certificate or a copy of their student ID.

(3) For multiple applicants, common documents must be submitted in only one (1) copy.

(4) For employment-related documents, the requirement to submit an explanation letter will be waived in cases where no landline number is indicated or when the document is issued with an electronic signature. As long as other reachable contact information (email address or mobile phone number) is provided, the document will be accepted.
