House Rules!

-Check-in: 2:00PM
Checkout: 12:00 PM
-Not suitable for children and infants
-Strictly NO SMOKING policy is implemented in the entire building
-No pets allowed
-No unregistered guest or visitor
-Please ensure the unit is LOCKED before you leave the premise. The keys are the guests' responsibility, PHP100 will be charge per lost key.
-No parties or events allowed.
-Damage of property/

Lost Items: Damage to property, inclusive of
everything that is found in the unit and lost of any items upon checking of host, will be charge back to the guest/s.
-Stained items: Stains found on linens, blanket, duvet, quilt cover, and bedsheet (Blood, makeup, lipstick, eyeliner, lotions, wine, oil, etc.) Charges are as follows:
Pillow Case - P300
Bath Towel - P500
Blanket - P1,200
Duvet - P1500
Quilt Cover - P2,500
