Para sa mga OFW na pauwi ng Pilipinas. Mga dapat tandaan: ⬇️

1. No cabin baggage. Your luggages will be checked in. Only handbags/backpacks and briefcase are allowed to bring inside the plane.

2. It's a must to wear mask and gloves. You will not be allowed to board the flight if you don't wear them. Always bring with you your sanitizers/alcohol.

3. Pen is necessary. They will give forms to fill up before entering to the immigration. These includes Case Investigation Form (CoVid-19), Health Declaration Form, Arrival Card, and Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases Declaration Form. It will be collected by the Philippine Coastguard team before the swab test.

4. SWAB TEST. This is done by medtechs to test for CoVid-19. It involves inserting a 6-inch long swab (nasopharyngeal swab). Bale 3x po. Sa ilong and sa lalamunan. Mejo masakit po sa nose kasi tutusukin po ito hanggang dulo. 😉 The result will be released by Philippine Red Cross and to be submitted to the Bureau of Quarantine. We will wait for the result within 3-5 days.

5. After immigration, food will be given by Owwa. Susunduin po ng bus provided by Owwa at dadalhin po sa hotel. I am currently in Rosal Hotel located in Pasig City. I will be staying here until the result of the swab test will be released. More or less than 100 OFWs are currently here in the same hotel.

The process was systematic and organized until we arrived to our designated hotel. The new guidelines for arriving OFWs is hindi na daw po mag quarantine pag negative ang result ng swab test. If the result will be released, they will immediately arrange a transportation for you to send back home with the assistance of Philippine Coastguard and PNP. Mas madali daw po makauwi if taga Luzon and NCR. But if the result is positive you are required to stay in a DOH Covid facility for a treatment.

FYI, sa mga OFW landbased and seafarers free po ang swab test by Philippine Red Cross, hotel accommodation, food and transportation by OWWA. Wala po kayo gagastusin. Sa mga visit visa or tourists, you will pay from your own pockets po. If you have Philhealth, free po ang SWAB TEST fee nio. Remember, Bureau of Quarantine Certificate is needed for you to be allowed to travel back to the province.
