The unit is located in a residential condo buildings so the guest must be discreet and just access the unit only. Interaction with Guests:
We are always available via call or text. We won't be present on the unit on the guests stay. The Neighborhood:
The unit is located in a compound with 10 4-floored condo buildings. It's in the first door of the 2nd floor. Each building has its
own guard and utility. The unit is accessible to almost all malls in central Cebu. 1 ride to Ayala, SM, J Center Mall and Park Mall. Even if it's a residential condo, most of the residents are very private, guests can expect privacy while staying as well. Getting around:
Public transits such as jeepneys and taxis are very common. Unfortunately, parking is not allowed. From Airport, just tell the driver to drop you off at Urban Homes Tipolo, 2nd corner right after San Miguel, the corner facing Good Year. Tell the guard to direct you to Building 14. The unit is at Room 201. Other Things to Note:
A separate electricity payment will be collected for guest staying more than 2 nights. A rate of 150 per day will be added on top of the room rate to cover use of air conditioning and other electrical appliances.This payment will be collected personally by hosts on check-in. House Rules:
1. Guests must always be discreet. Noise and partying is strictly prohibited.
2. No pets are allowed.
3. Smoking are not allowed. Maximum Stay: Negotiable, different rate.
