PAL FLIGHTS TO/FROM PAGADIAN AND DIPOLOG

Philippine Airlines continues to fly daily between Manila and Pagadian daily, departing Manila at 08:00AM and departing Pagadian at 10:20AM. Flights between Manila to Dipolog are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with ETD 07:00AM from Manila and 09:00AM from Dipolog.

Please note that moratoriums are sometimes imposed by the Local Government Units (LGUs). Passengers are therefore advised to contact respective LGUs for clarifications.

UPDATE ON TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS AND MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS IN INDONESIA

The Indonesia Government has extended entry restrictions from February 9, 2021 until further notice and shall be evaluated every 14 days:
*Non-Indonesian nationals holding a legal and valid Visa and/or Stay Permit will be allowed to enter the Indonesian Territory through designated Immigration Border Controls after undergoing the health protocol procedure.

* Visa and/or Stay Permit consist of:
- Official Visa;
- Diplomatic Visa;
- Official Stay Permit;
- Diplomatic Stay Permit;
- Service Stay Permit
- Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS); and
- Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP).

*The Minister temporarily suspends to grant a Visitor Visa exemption and Visa on Arrival to non-Indonesian nationals until the Covid-19 pandemic is declared over by the ministry or agency mitigating the Covid-19 outbreak.

* The temporary suspension of Visitor Visa Exemption is not applicable for crew members arriving by their transports.

* Diplomatic Visa and Official Visa exemption are arranged by the minister administering government affairs in foreign affairs.

COVID-19 HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
*Effective immediately, ALL passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result valid for 3 days (3x24 hours) prior to arrival.
- Passenger must have a health certificate in English issued by the health authorities of their respective country that is issued within 3 days (3x24 hours), states that the passenger is free from COVID-19
- This does not apply to infants and children below 12 years old.
- Passengers must be tested at a government-accredited COVID-19 health facility: https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph

Mandatory Quarantine for all incoming passengers. Upon arrival, they undergo re-test and quarantine for 5 days in a designated hotel. On the 5th day they will again undergo PCR test with same day result. This applies to all including transit passengers for domestic destination.
* The Indonesian Government shall cover for the costs of 5 days quarantine and PCR test for INDONESIAN Citizen
* Foreigners will be required to undergo 5 days hotel quarantine plus PCR test, at their own expense.

ADVISORY: INDIVIDUALS ENTERING ILOCOS NORTE

Per advisory released by Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew J. Marcos Manotoc, effective 02 February 2021, All individuals entering Ilocos Norte via Laoag International Airport (LIA) will be required to undergo the following Covid Tests:

1. RT-PCR collected 72 hours prior flight date
2. Antigen test upon arrival at the LIA
3. For APORs : Repeat Antigen Test on Day 4/5/6 from arrival
4. For Returning Residents: Repeat RT-PCR on Day 5/6/7 from arrival during their quarantine period. All other requirements remain the same.
