FOR LOCAL AND FOREIGN TOURISTS
Effective February 1, 2022

FOR FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

1] VaxCertPH Vaccination Certificate,

OR locally issued vaccination card with verifiable QR code or with the contact details of the vaccination center,

OR World Health Organization International certificates of vaccination, vaccination card, or vaccination certificate issued abroad

2] Pre-booked accommodation with a DOT-accredited hotel

3] Registration of Health Declaration Form on touristboracay.com for the issuance of QR code

FOR THOSE PARTIALLY VACCINATED OR NON-VACCINATED

1] Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before your flight

2] Pre-booked accommodation with a DOT-accredited hotel

3] Registration of Health Declaration Form on touristboracay.com for the issuance of QR code

▪ Children 0-11 years of age are exempted from taking the RT-PCR test
▪ Teens 12-17 years old are required to present negative RT-PCR test unless fully vaccinated
