ANNOUNCEMENT to our valued PAL passenger:

We are writing to update you on the status of our operations amid the continuing COVID-19 crisis. Regrettably, all Philippine Airlines international and domestic flights to and from our hubs in Manila, Cebu, and Clark will remain cancelled until May 31, 2020. This is due to the quarantine restrictions extended by the Philippine Government for specific locations around the Philippines. We are targeting to resume our operations on selected routes by June 01, 2020, if the situation allows.

Meanwhile, although domestic flights are prohibited in most areas, we are coordinating with local authorities to secure permission to fly between Davao and Iloilo; Davao and Siargao; and Iloilo and General Santos, by May 20 at the earliest. We also continue to operate special flights to repatriate stranded passengers and to transport urgent cargo. For the latest update on our flight schedules, please click here.

We sincerely apologize if you were inconvenienced by any of these cancellations. We assure you that your current tickets are safe and remain valid. If you have not yet made changes to your booking, we would like to remind you that we have enhanced our policies to give you added flexibility for your future travel plans.
