As part of my most recent communication to a valued client, I am quoting a portion of it here in order to help my clients - present and future - put their minds at ease.

"As regards your concern on the Tour Operator's reliability, I would like to assure you that they are trustworthy and reliable. I have been booking clients in different countries around the world and have not had any Tour Operator not fulfill their responsibility to give our travelers the best time abroad. I too have been traveling around the world for several years now and I would usually be the first one to "sample" the services of my tour operators. This is the justification and excuse I offer to my husband every time we go globe-trotting :-)

On the costing, bigger travel corporations normally price their packages higher because they have more operating expenses incurred. The buildings, offices they occupy, the many people they employ and many other contributing factors that make their travel packages more expensive. On my part, I spend lower operating costs, maintain an efficient list of business partners/contacts abroad the same way bigger travel corporations do and because of these, I can manage to offer the lowest prices possible.

I hope these help answer your concerns. I am putting my name on the line every time I book clients and I believe I am able to deliver the goods with positive feedbacks as my reward.
