Note:
X Passengers with previous Korean Visa denial are not eligible to join this tour package.
Terms and Conditions:
*Minimum 2pax to avail the package, rooms are based on twin/double sharing.
*An initial $350 per person will be charged to guarantee reservation of room and seats.
*All down payments are Non-refundable. Full payment will be required 45days before the departure dates.
*Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates means cancellation of reservations.
*No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services
*Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking.
*Non-Refundable $300 for Pax Cancellation due to Denied Entry Permit
*In Case of Offloaded by Immigration, Only Airline Taxes, Terminal Fee & Travel Tax (Direct to the airport) will be refunded.
*Package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/ Student discounts.
*Travel Insurance for 71 y.o. and above are excluded. Subject to add-on by Travel Insurance provider.
*Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
*Cancellation made due to force majeure and Gov't imposed restrictions is for rebooking only, subject to hotel and flight availability and policy.
*In the event of sudden notice of flight time change by the airlines, the passengers are to follow the new set of schedules.
*Full Cancellation charge for any cancellation 30 days before the travel dates.
*Due to Free Visa Entry in Korea, all Tourists must follow the group tour schedule and are not allowed to go anywhere away from the group tour itinerary such as private shopping and visiting friends or relatives and the like.
*If pax will not join the shopping tour, a surcharge $100/pax/shop will apply and will be collected on the spot.
*Upon arrival in Yangyang, all passport will be collected by tour es**rt for
safekeeping for the whole duration of the trip until return flight to prevent unnecessary jump ship.
*Package is Non-Refundable, Non-Rebookable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Reroutable.
*A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon downpayment as proof of reservation.
*E-tickets and Hotel Service vouchers to be issued 2 weeks before departures.
*Any payment made means accepting, approving and confirming the booking.
