Terms and Conditions:
1. Once booked, changing of schedule or destination is NOT ALLOWED.
2. Children below 2 years old are FREE ON PACKAGE CHARGE (Full payment on exclusions) provided that the will sit in their parents lap. 1 children exception only, succeeding children below 2 years old will have to pay 50% of package price + exclusions.
3. Confirmed Bookings are Non Refundable but Transferable to another person.
4. Back out / Cancellations (You or any or your travel companions) due to whatever reason atleast 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE, guest(s) MUST pay the WHOLE amount as agreed on the reservation and as stated in the acknowledgment voucher.
5. Itinerary MIGHT CHANGE without prior notice.
7. 1 Bag Only. All guest are advise to Travel Lite.
8. Upon booking and receipt of an acknowledgement voucher, it is deemed that guest(s) agree(s) on MMC Travel and Tours Terms and Conditions.
9. Events have the right to cancel or reschedule any trip under these circumstances:
a. If we did not reach the minimum number (7) of pax needed to proceed with the trip.
b. If there is a report of typhoon that may compromise the safety of our passengers.
c. In case of tour cancellation, due to whatever reason, ALL DEPOSIT(S) are NON- REFUNDABLE but are also NON-EXPIRY. YOU CAN USE YOUR DEPOSIT ANYTIME AND ANY DESTINATION AVAILABLE.
