โ€ข Rebook Your Ticket: Rebook your ticket in the same cabin class on a flight with available space within 60 days.
โ€ข Refund: If you choose not to rebook and opt for a refund, we will process the refund of your unused ticket (excluding the ticketing service charge).

Regularly check the status of your flight by logging on to the website and visiting the Flight Status section, or checking further advisories on our Official PAL page. Flexible Options Due to Tropical Storm Opong
As of September 24, 2025; 4:00 PM

Due to the forecasted heavy rains and flooding brought by Tropical Storm Opong (International name: Bualoi) on flight operations, Cebu Pacific is offering flexible options to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations and dates:
โ€ข Butuan, Calbayog, Legazpi (Daraga), Masbate, Naga, San Jose (Mindoro), Siargao, Surigao, Tacloban, Virac: September 25
โ€ข All flights: September 26โ€“27

Passengers on these flights may avail of a free rebooking and travel fund up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate. Please monitor the status of your flights via website or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEBโ€™s official social media accounts.
