PAALALA SA LAHAT NG PASAHERO NG CEBU PACIFIC:

Para sa mga may biyahe sa Cebu Pacific/CebGo at AirSWIFT, pakiusap na tingnan at alalahanin ang inyong flight number at terminal assignment.

Makikita sa inyong ticket ang IATA airline code kasunod ng flight number. Halimbawa, sa flight number na "5J###", ang "5J" ay ang IATA airline code na nagpapakita kung aling airline ang nag-ooperate ng inyong flight.

Narito ang gabay:

𝟓𝐉 (5J###): Flights na inooperate ng Cebu Pacific gamit ang malalaking jet aircraft. Ang mga flight na ito ay dumadating at umaalis sa NAIA Terminal 3.

𝐃𝐆 (DG###): Flights na inooperate ng Cebgo gamit ang mas maliliit na turboprop aircraft. Lahat ng flights mula Manila papuntang Siargao (IAO) at Masbate (MBT) ay ngayon ay mula at patungong Clark (CRK).

𝐓𝟔 (T6###): Flights na inooperate ng AirSWIFT gamit ang turboprop aircraft. Ang mga biyahe mula at papuntang Manila ay dumadating at umaalis sa NAIA Terminal 2.

Kung kayo'y nalilito o may tanong tungkol sa inyong partikular na flight, makipag-ugnayan nang direkta sa Cebu Pacific. Huwag ilagay sa comment section ang inyong flight concerns para mas mabilis kayong masagot ng airline.

Panghuli, dumating sa airport nang maaga:

3 oras bago ang departure para sa domestic flights

4 oras bago ang departure para sa international flights

Huwag nang magreklamo sa social media kung 30 minutes bago ang flight kayo dumating at hindi na kayo pinasakay.

Due to Typhoon Egay (International Name: Doksuri), Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights for July 25 and 26, 2023:

July 25:
• 5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
• DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
• DG 6113/6114: Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG 6117/6118: Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG 6031/6032: Manila – San Jose – Manila
• 5J 504/505: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 821/822: Manila – Virac – Manila

July 26:
• 5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

CEB is also offering flexible options, either free rebooking or Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
• July 25 – 28: Caticlan (Boracay), Coron (Busuanga), Laoag, Legazpi (Daraga), Taipei
• July 26 – 28: Masbate, Naga, San Jose, Virac
• July 27 – 28: Cauayan, Tuguegarao

They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure through the Manage Booking portal.

This is a developing situation. As such, there may be more flight changes as the typhoon passes. Guests are urged to check real-time flight status updates via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.

We continue to monitor the situation across all the airports we fly to. The safety of our passengers and all CEB employees remains our top priority.

Cancelled Flights Due to Dipolog Airport Runway Conditions
As of July 18, 2023; 10:30 PM

Cebu Pacific advises its passengers that it will suspend its operations in Dipolog Airport from July 19 to 21 due to the runway surface damage at Runway 02. As safety is of paramount concern, operations are temporarily suspended until we receive verification that the runway is safe for landing and take-off.
