Philippine Airlines 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗢𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗼 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲)
Due to ongoing expansion works at the Siargao Passenger Terminal Building from May to September 2026, parts of the terminal will operate using temporary facilities, which may affect standard airport procedures.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁
- Possible congestion at check-in counters and the temporary boarding gate
- Temporary enclosed walkways with lighting and ventilation will be in place:
* One connecting the aircraft ramp to the arrival area
* Another linking the temporary boarding gate to the apron, designed to accommodate up to three simultaneous flights
- The baggage carousel will be temporarily unavailable; checked baggage will instead be released at a designated arrival baggage table
𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
To help ensure a smoother travel experience, passengers are advised to:
- Arrive earlier than usual to accommodate possible delays
- Follow all airport signage and instructions from airport personnel

Additional Cancelled Flights Due to Security Situation in the Middle East

As of April 7, 2026; 8:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) continues to assess its flight operations to and from the Middle East amid the ongoing security situation in the region. As this remains a developing situation, further schedule adjustments may take place.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers and crew, CEB has cancelled flights to and from Dubai until April 30, 2026.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
A full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also providing flexible options, including free rebooking and Travel Fund conversion, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Dubai scheduled until May 31, 2026. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

Passengers are also encouraged to check their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and ensure their contact details are updated to receive timely notifications, and to monitor updates through CEB’s official social media accounts.
