Get ready to pack your bags, NCR+!

We are so happy that once again, visitors from NCR+ can now travel to Ilocos Norte, your destination for safe and exciting travel. The Department of Tourism confirmed this in a statement while noting that permitted leisure travel will be point-to-point only, which means no side trips will be permitted and pit stops or stopovers are only allowed for eating and personal necessities. The NCR Plus consists of Metro Manila and adjacent provinces Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

Just follow these 3-easy-steps:
1. REGISTER AT https://ilocosnorte.ph
a. Valid ID
b. Confirmed Booking from Accredited Accommodation or Travel Agency (https://www.facebook.com/TourIlocosNorte/posts/3647533695323189)

2. GET A QR CODE FROM SAFEPASS (m.me/safepassportal)

3. GET TESTED
a. Tourists from GCQ (including areas with restrictions): RT-PCR (Including saliva, such as the one being administered by the Philippine Red Cross) taken within 72 hours OR Rapid Antigen Test taken within 24 hours before arrival OR Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival in Ilocos Norte.

b. Tourists from MGCQ: Rapid Antigen Test taken within 24 hours before arrival OR Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival in Ilocos Norte.

*Tourists below 18 and above 65 years old shall be required to present a negative result from an RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours

BREAKING: Tourism Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat says IATF has allowed leisure travel for all NCR Plus residents to MGCQ areas. Travelers under 18 years old and over 65 are required to undergo an RT-PCR test.

📢 Ayon sa ✅ Executive Order No.03 S.2021 ng Provincial Governor, simula bukas, March 8, 2021, hindi na kailangang ang Travel Pass at Medical Certificate sa mga papasok ng La Union.

Kailangan lang sumailalim sa clinical assessment (temperature check,etc) sa mga border controls at ma-scan ang NAPANAM QR codes.

Ang mga manggagaling lamang sa mga GCQ, MECQ, at ECQ areas ang kailangang magpakita ng negative RT-PCR test.
