Tiger Resorts, Leisure, and Entertainment Inc., the brains behind Okada Manila, is stepping in to acquire a majority stake from Dennis Uy's PH Travel and Leisure Holdings. This partnership aims to complete the luxurious, partially developed resort, transforming it into a premier destination in the Philippines outside of Manila.
