Bahay San Jose Marikina Bahay San Jose Marikina is a simple 2 storey guest house with a patio and a swimming pool ideal for intimate gatherings with a small group of loved ones.

REMINDERS TO GUESTS:

1. Call us to coordinate. Please call or text GEMMA (09175256945) when you are on the way and inform her of your estimated time of arrival so our caretakers can expect and meet you at the gate.

2. Please comply with minimum health standards as prescribed by DOH.

3. Minimal Interaction. As part of Department of Tourism guidelines, and as a precaution for the safety of both

parties, our staff will avoid interaction with guests after they are screened at the gate.

4. Golden Rule. Please observe proper decorum at all times while in the premises of Bahay San Jose Marikina. Have fun and enjoy yourselves. But, please avoid rowdy behavior and unpleasant noise that may disturb our neighbors.

5. Keep noise down. Marikina and our subdivision are strict against noise because many residents work from home and attend online classes. No videoke, no magic sing, no loud music, no screaming.

6. Do not drown. We do not have a lifeguard. Do not swim alone. Especially, if intoxicated. Swim in groups. Watch out for each other. Especially, small kids. We all know the danger of drowning so do not be careless when swimming.

7. Take care of your belongings & valuables. Our caretaker is trustworthy, but we can never tell if there are others who might take advantage of opportunities. Don't leave bags, cellphones, gadgets just lying around.

8. How to get there. Search "PATIO SAN JOSE" using Waze or Google Maps. Our address is 59 Rosas St., Twinville Subdivision, Concepcion Uno, Marikina. Sometimes, Waze shows “Rosas St, Nangka” as our address.
