Your hand carry must not exceed:

Every passenger is allowed one (1) carry-on baggage inside the cabin, with a maximum weight of seven (7) kilograms and dimension of up to 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. This includes most wheeled cabin bags and backpacks. The carry-on baggage must fit inside the overhead bin and must be stowed by yourself.
Only the following items shall be considered as exceptions and shall be allowed on top of the one (1) piece carry-on baggage:
1. Extra bag for parents/guardians if travelling with children

2. Medical-related needs of passengers such as but not limited to walking stick, crutches, prosthetic devices and personal wheelchair

3. Items purchased inside the airport. Proof of receipt is required to be presented to the counter agent/gate boarding agent

4. Gadget or food item that cannot be accepted for check-in

5. Small bag that can fit under the seat

Carry-on/hand carry baggage allowance including any exception, should be a maximum of two (2) pieces only and with total combined weight of seven (7)kg or less.

Starting September 1, 2021, Gate Baggage Fee will be charged and collected to guests who are carrying more than the allowed and acceptable piece count, size and weight of carry-on or hand carry baggage.
