City of Mati, Davao Oriental – Provincial Tourism Focal Persons from across the Davao Region honed their abilities in a three-day seminar-workshop on Supervisory for Results held on April 16-18, 2024, at the Tourism Annex, Tourism Complex, DMM.

The workshop aimed to equip participants with the necessary managerial, leadership, and supervisory skills to effectively manage their respective offices and contribute to the overall development of the department's programs and initiatives in the province.

By enhancing their supervisory capabilities, the activity hopes to empower the Provincial Tourism Focal Persons to become more efficient and productive in their roles.

This, in turn, will lead to a more responsive and effective tourism sector in the province.
