Day 1 in Da Nang felt like stepping into a story I didn’t know I needed.
The day started quietly, standing before the Lady Buddha—tall, calm, and overlooking the sea. No long reflections, just a still moment to take everything in. Sometimes, you don’t need to say much. You just pause.
From there, the energy shifted as we passed by the Dragon Bridge—strong, vibrant, and full of life. It’s amazing how every place carries its own personality, its own rhythm. You just have to be present enough to notice it.
By the afternoon, we found ourselves in Hoi An, and honestly, it felt like time slowed down. Lanterns everywhere, warm lights, peaceful streets—it was simple, but it stayed with me. There’s something about quiet beauty that speaks louder than anything else.
Then came Hai Van Pass. And this… this was different. The view, the wind, the stretch of road—it reminds you how big the world is, and at the same time, how intentional every path can be. You just sit there and realize—God has already gone ahead of you in places you’ve never been before.
Day 1 wasn’t just about seeing new places. It was about recognizing that even in unfamiliar spaces, His presence is steady, constant, and near.
Different place, same God.
