Today, we honor our Chief. The man who started it all. A man who had a dream and tirelessly worked towards it. A dream of a fruitful life for his family and community. It was not an easy journey, a wave of highs and lows and though the battle for him may have ended early, his legacy lives on. Jerey Vergara Abenido, the man behind Chief Mau.

To this day, Chief Mau remains in service to his legacy. We take pride to be still standing where he first built that small hut. Thank you to our forefathers for guiding us everyday. We strive to honor you in our ways.
