South Korea Removes Bank Statement Requirement For Visa Starting Feb 20 2026
Filipino travelers will have a simpler visa application process starting February 20, 2026, as the Korea Visa Application Center removes the requirement for three months of bank statements across all visa types. The change aims to make travel more accessible.
Students can now submit either a school certificate or student ID, while group applicants only need one set of shared documents. Employment papers will also no longer need an explanation letter as long as contact details are provided.
