𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓
𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐨-𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬
Effective June 15, 2026, all travelers to Basco, Batanes, including those traveling for tourism, official business, or other purposes, are required to complete the Batanes Online Registration through the Visitor Pre-Registration Portal prior to arrival, in accordance with the Executive Order No. 23, Series of 2026 issued by the Province of Batanes.
Returning residents of Batanes traveling for official business, vacation, medical treatment, or personal reasons are exempt from this requirement.
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:
1. Complete your online registration before your flight to avoid delays. A reminder email with the registration link (https://bookings.breathtakingbatanes.com/) and QR code will be sent three (3) days prior to departure.
Please be ready with a valid government ID or passport to proceed. To register, visit the website or scan the QR code and:
o Select “Registration and Visitor ID Fees”
o Enter passenger details and number of travelers
o Choose your preferred package and travel date, then click “Book Now”
o Settle the required fees (PHP 405 per passenger, inclusive of registration and Visitor ID fees)
𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘦: 𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘏𝘗 200 𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝘧𝘦𝘦 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 12, 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘴. 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘞𝘋𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢 20% 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵. 𝘗𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘘𝘙𝘗𝘏, 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘢/𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘣𝘪𝘵/𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴
After successful payment, you will receive an acknowledgement email.
2. A QR code will be generated upon successful registration and must be presented upon arrival.
3. Passengers who are not yet registered may be assisted at the airport prior to boarding, subject to possible delays.
Note: Non-registration will not block entry, but may limit participation in tourism-related activities until completed.
We strongly encourage passengers to register early for a smooth and hassle-free journey.
