Heads up, travelers!

The passenger service charge or terminal fee at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport will go up to P390 (from P200) for domestic flights and to P950 (from P550) for international flights starting Sept. 14, 2025.

TIPS TO AVOID MISSING YOUR FLIGHT

1. ⏰ Be at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight

• International flights take time due to:

• Check-in

• Immigration

• Baggage screening

• Boarding

• It’s better to wait at the airport than to panic or be left behind.

2. 📄 Prepare all your travel documents the night before

Make sure the following are complete and ready:

• Valid passport (at least 6 months before expiration)

• E-ticket or printed ticket

• Seaman’s Book (for seafarers)

• Employment contract / Company letter

• OEC / Exit clearance (for OFWs)

• Vaccination card or travel health documents (if required)

3. 📱 Double-check your flight details

• Confirm your flight date, time, terminal, and airline

• Some airports (like NAIA) have multiple terminals, so make sure you’re going to the correct one

• Check the airline app or website for updates, delays, or gate changes

4. 🛣️ Plan your travel to the airport

• Know the estimated travel time and consider traffic

• Use apps like Waze or Google Maps

• Arrange your transport early – whether it’s Grab, taxi, or private car

5. 🎒 Pack your bags 1–2 days before departure

• Avoid last-minute packing

• Weigh your bags and follow airline baggage rules

• Do not pack prohibited items like:

• Scissors

• Liquids over 100ml

• Lighters, etc.

6. 🔋 Charge your phone and bring a power bank

• Your phone will be your main tool for:

• E-ticket

• Airline updates

• Emergency contact

• Make sure the power bank is in your carry-on (not in checked baggage)

7. 😴 Get enough rest the night before

• Sleep early to avoid oversleeping or feeling tired on the day of your flight

• Set multiple alarms

8. 👕 Dress comfortably and appropriately

• You’ll pass through security screening, so avoid clothes or accessories that may slow you down (e.g. heavy belts, too much jewelry)

9. 📢 Pay attention to airport announcements

• Announcements about boarding, gate changes, or delays are common

• Be alert and stay updated while waiting

10. 🏃‍♂️ Proceed to your boarding gate early

• Once done with immigration and security, go straight to your gate

• Avoid wandering around or spending too much time shopping

✅ Final Travel Checklist Before Leaving for the Airport:

• Passport

• Ticket (printed or digital)

• Valid ID

• Power bank (charged)

• Emergency money

• Employment/agency documents

• Luggage ready & labeled

• Confirmed terminal and time

• Phone fully charged

✈️Attention: Travellers, especially first timers.

✈️Dapat Alert Takpan ang dapat takpan. 😉

We love to travel, and when we do, especially when we are travelling by plane, we cannot contain our excitement. We love to tell the world that we are traveling by posting our plane tickets or boarding pass to our social media accounts such as Facebook or Instagram.
Sounds harmless right? But don't you know that posting such things in social media is certainly not advisable.

✈️ Do you notice that barcode on your boarding pass? The information printed there, it actually reveals more than you think.
Pansin nyo ung mga pinopost ko na ticket at boarding pass tinatakpan ko ang mga importanteng detalye dun lalo na ung Barcode at PNR..bakit?
Dahil pwdng maraming mangyari kapag hindi po tinakpan ung mga importanteng bagay na un ;

1. Pwdng palitan ng name ng mga masasamang nilalang ang ticket mo

2. Pwdng ipa refund ng mga makakating kamay ang ticket mo

3. Pwdng ipa travel fund ng mga scammers ang tickets nyo na di ninyo mamalayan

4. Pwdng lagyan ng mga additional baggage etc.. At magkaroon ng malaking amount due ang ticket mo

5. Maaring hindi nyo na magamit ang ticket nyo pagdating sa airport

At marami pang ibang pwdng mangyari, kaya hanggat maari wag na magpost ng ticket or itinerary kapag hindi pa ito forfeit o hindi pa nagamit

🤔So think before you post ha..
